Returns
We offer refunds for customers who have purchased from us directly through Tree of Life Trading™ website. If you have purchased your product at one of our authorized retailers you must return the product to them in accordance with their return policy.

Our policy is only valid up to 14 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be authorized after 14 days of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and reason for request of refund or exchange to: info@treeoflifetrading.com to complete your return request.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or any other original method of payment. This can take several days to reflect on your bank statement and or credit card as each institution has their own process.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are requesting an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@treeoflifetrading.com and send your item to: 992 Davidson Dr Ste B, Nashville, TN 37205, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 992 Davidson Dr Ste B, Nashville, TN 37205, United States.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
